Are you ready to make an impact at one of London leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Student Support Manager to support and drive key operational functions helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.
About the Role
This role is offered on a full time fixed term basis covering sabbatical leave. The contract will start on the 13th April 2026 and end on 13th July 2026.

• To lead the effective delivery of Student Support Team and ensure the vision for high quality inclusive support is implemented across the College.
• To ensure compliance with CCC SEND policy statutory responsibilities and funding requirements.
• To provide strong operational leadership line managing the Student Support Team and ensuring consistent high quality support for learners with additional needs.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You should bring

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Confidence working with systems and processes including experience with learner records and learner progress monitoring software eg EBS ProMonitor etc.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Experience in a similar Student Support Manager role.

Most importantly you will be ready to make a positive contribution to our college community.
