An expanding Higher Education college is looking to recruit in the Student Support area, to work in their Leicester campus.
For Student Support you need to be empathetic, flexible and show a desire to help others.
We envisage these roles to be full time, 5 days per week. We offer flexible working as required and competitive salary.
You will be personable and enjoy working as part of a team. There are different possibilities available within the college for employees who demonstrate an ability to achieve results.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Interact with students through phone and email addressing their questions and concerns.
Manage and maintain sensitive student information in physical and online files.
Perform administrative duties relating to students' programs.
Work with allocated groups to encourage good attendance, punctuality, and academic good practices
Ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth running of the college.
Person Specification:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially telephone manner
Exceptional attention to detail
Experience of providing excellent customer service
Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft tools
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
