We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Student Support Officer, who has high expectations and continuously strives for the very best outcomes. Our intake numbers are increasing - we currently have 1,090 students. We have been recently graded as 'Good' in all areas by Ofsted and we are continuing to ensure that we provide the very best education for all our students.
The Pastoral Team consists of a dedicated team of experienced staff, including Progress Leaders, Assistant Progress Leaders, Student Welfare Officer, Admissions and Exclusions Officer and Behaviour Administration Support. Our aim is to deliver the highest level of student support to promote progress and high standards of achievement and behaviour.
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Student Support Officer to provide support and guidance to students. We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with students, work with parents/ carers, other staff members and external agencies to support all aspects of progress of our students. We are also looking for someone who is solution-focussed, has a 'can do' attitude and is able to work as part of a wider Pastoral Team.
