We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative professional to work in Student Wellbeing; a well-established, passionate and hardworking team, which offers a 24/7 Open Door drop-in service,121 specialist support, wellbeing workshops and events.

The focus of the Senior Administrator role is to support Student Support Review meetings and processes, which comply with the Student Support Review regulations. Student Support Review supports students if concerns are raised about their health, wellbeing and behaviour which may be impacting on their academic progress and/or general management of life at university or on placement. This is facilitated through a supportive meeting; the meeting is an opportunity to discuss what support could be put in place for the student and to agree next steps.

An ideal candidate works well in a supportive team structure ensuring the service provides an exemplary student experience. Successful candidates must offer a flexible approach with excellent planning, communication and organisational skills. You must be proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and have experience of servicing meetings. Applications are welcomed from internal and external candidates and those working in a relevant field (such as but not limited to mental health, education or social work). An understanding of the higher education environment is beneficial.

Main duties include: To ensure the provision of comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative support; To service supportive and student centered meetings and complete all associated administration; To apply a general knowledge and experience of safeguarding and risk in relation to young adults\' health and wellbeing.

This is a permanent full time post, working 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday is offered on a hybrid working basis. Starting point for salary is commensurate with experience.

There is a generous annual leave entitlement (34 days a year, which is inclusive of bank holidays and University closure days). Highfield Campus has onsite shops and caf\xc3\xa9\'s and is a short walk from Portswood,. There is an Early Years Centre providing care for children up to the age of 5. Subsidised sports and gym membership is available and we have the best leisure facilities in the area.
