Here at Sampson Park, we are looking for a Student Veterinary Nurse to join our team! This is a full-time role however, part-time hours will be considered. The role will involve:Holding animals for examination and procedures Caring for animals in kennels including feeding, grooming and giving medications appropriate to training level Helping to take and process blood and other lab samples Assisting with preparing animals for surgery and monitoring anaesthetics, appropriate to training level Cleaning and sterilising instruments Cleaning clinical areas Spending some time on reception


The rotaMonday 8:00am-6:00pm Tuesday 11:00am-7:30pm (late shift but with RVN back up on site) Wednesday 11am-7:30pm (late shift with RVN back up) Thursday- OFF Friday 8:00am-6:00pm 1/6 Saturday 8:30am-5pm as part of rota (with RVN back up)
