Key Responsibilities
Deliver confidential administrative support to the Student Welfare Team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records relating to safeguarding and welfare cases
Support the coordination of support plans for vulnerable learners
Liaise with internal staff and external agencies as required
Assist in the organisation of meetings, minute-taking, and follow-ups relating to student welfare
Contribute to the College's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all learners
About You
You'll be someone who is:
Highly organised with excellent administrative and IT skills
Able to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
An effective communicator, both written and verbal
Passionate about the welfare and safeguarding of young people

Qualified to at least level 2 (A level/NVQ 3 equivalent).
Business, Administration or Customer Service qualification.
4 GCSEs (Grade C or above) Inc. English Language and maths or equivalent.
Demonstrate E-literacy and competence in using databases and
Microsoft Office
MS Word:
A good working knowledge of producing documents and emails.
MS Excel:
Able to create basic Excel formulas, enabling manipulation and dissemination of information
