We're looking for a highly organised, confident, and people-focused
Studio Coordinator
to support our growing team. This is a
remote, home-based position
with only occasional visits to the studios if required. The role combines
admin, member support, organic social media presence -- and most importantly, consistent lead follow-up calls
.
Your Responsibilities
Lead management & follow-up (core part of the role):
Make daily calls to new leads, follow up on enquiries, book intro sessions, and chase no-shows.
Member communications:
Respond to WhatsApps, emails, and calls from members; help with scheduling and rescheduling.
CRM & admin support:
Keep member data accurate (Arbox, Stripe, GoCardless), update trainers' apps, process membership changes.
Scheduling support:
Ensure trainer rotas run smoothly; assist with booking requests and cancellations.
Organic social media:
Post updates, success stories, photos/videos, and manage basic engagement across our social media channels.
General support:
Assist studio managers and trainers with day-to-day organisation.
Bonus Skills (additional pay available)
Experience running or supporting
paid social media campaigns
(Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).

but could be added as extra responsibility with
additional payment
on top of your hourly rate.
What We're Looking For
Confident communicator who is
comfortable on the phone
and enjoys engaging with people.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Experience in
admin, sales support, or customer service
(fitness/wellness industry a bonus but not essential).
Tech-savvy -- able to pick up CRMs, spreadsheets, and apps quickly.
Friendly, professional, and reliable team player.
Creative eye for social media content (photos, captions, engagement).
What We Offer
13-16/hour
depending on experience.
20 hours per week (fixed), with the expectation of increasing hours when our next studio opens early next year.
Bonus for lead conversion (e.g. new member sign-ups).
Additional pay available for managing
paid social media advertising
