Manage the studio's materials and FF&E library, keeping samples up to date and maintaining supplier relationships
Oversee studio supplies and maintain a tidy, well-stocked workspace
Organise events, open days, supplier visits and industry shows
Assist with project budgets, gather quotes, and compile reports and meeting minutes
Place, track and manage logistics for FF&E orders as required by the senior design team
Record hours worked and contribute to monthly reports on project involvement and fees
Design Support
Contribute to early-stage concepts, feasibility studies and materials schemes
Develop and refine designs based on feedback
Produce layouts, elevations and technical drawings
Source and specify FF&E to meet project needs and budgets
Carry out site visits and liaise with contractors to support delivery
Work closely with the Principal Director and senior team to bring ideas to life
Training & Development
Coordinate 2 hours of CPD each month for the interiors team (RIBA/BIID-aligned)
Help document business processes in a comprehensive internal training manual
Marketing & Social Media
Create and present a monthly social media content plan
Coordinate project photography to support marketing and portfolio updates
What we're looking for
Qualifications & Experience
Degree (or equivalent) in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field
Experience in interior design with a portfolio showing concept development, detailing and delivery
Studio or office management experience is a plus
Proficiency in:
AutoCAD
SketchUp
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Skills & Attributes
Strong design eye and attention to detail
Organised and capable of managing multiple tasks
Full UK Driving Licence
Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients, suppliers and the team
Proactive and adaptable -- comfortable working independently or in a small team
Practical knowledge of sourcing, procurement, contractor coordination and budgeting
