The Role


We're looking for a hands-on, organised, and creatively minded individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our studio spaces and manage post-production workflows. This role blends client service, studio prep, and creative editing - perfect for someone who thrives in both operational and creative environments.

Key Responsibilities



Studio Operations



Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring all spaces are client-ready and running smoothly.

Manage online bookings and conduct studio tours for potential clients.

Welcome guests and ensure every detail is in place (lighting, furniture, and camera setup, etc.)

Coordinate with warehouse and AV teams for larger productions in Studio 1.

Organise catering and refreshments for studio sessions.

Maintain a clean, professional, and inspiring studio environment.

Production & Post-Production



Capture footage for clients, including interviews, podcasts, and branded content.

Manage media workflows (from recording to editing to delivery).

Edit video and audio content in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Organise, archive, and maintain media assets on shared drives.

Ensure content is delivered to the highest standards.

Skills & Experience



Proven experience in a studio, production, or post-production environment.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.

A proactive, client-focused mindset with great attention to detail.

Comfortable working flexibly, including occasional evenings for client sessions.
