Studio Support Manager

Role Description - We have an exceptional opportunity for a Studio Support Manager at our London studio in a newly created role. You will be responsible for general customer service, business support, sales support, and providing various administrative assistance across HR, health & safety and internal systems.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the General Manager- you will be greeting customers face to face and over the phone, representing the company to the highest standard. You will be a friendly and supportive member of the team liaising with private car collectors and supercar dealers across the local area. This role is important to the team and you'll work closely on important tasks daily. A career path is available for the right candidates to grow quickly within the company.

Qualifications:

- Customer Service experience required- Sales and Order Processing abilities

- Any previous experience with HR admin- Administrative Assistance expertise- Strong attention to detail and organisation- Excellent problem-solving skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Database / CRM Experience in the automotive industry is desirable - all industries considered.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet.- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team. Automotive industry experience is always a big bonus but not a pre requisite.
