About the Role:
As a Stylist, you'll work closely with our Art Direction Stylist Managers to bring creative visual concepts to life for a range of campaigns, social content, and other marketing projects. You'll be responsible for completing styling briefs within deadlines and supporting the wider teams in communicating the progress of shoots. You'll be part of a team full of amazing personalities where you can truly be yourself.
What you'll be doing
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Attend brief meetings about upcoming projects and lead any wash-up meetings when required.
  • Collaborate with brief owners and the creative team to ensure all final images are top-notch.
  • Style products consistently, accurately, and engagingly, following the tone set by the Art Direction Stylist Manager.
  • Create mood boards, storyboard, and set build designs for shoots when needed.
  • Work closely with sample coordinators to source all props for your shoots and suggest alternatives if your original choice isn't available.
  • Meet shoot targets and ensure products are shot in a logical and priority order, feeding back any challenges to senior management.
  • Style products to maximise upselling opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with competitor reviews, identifying key trends and developments in marketing content, and sharing your findings regularly.
  • Confidently style for interiors and food, with opportunities to work with both models and pets.
  • Work closely with freelance support, ensuring they understand the brief and any trend information.
  • Support junior stylists on set, ensuring they know what needs to be done to complete the shoot.
  • Build strong relationships with the buying, design, PR, and social teams.
  • Collaborate with the social team, sharing content ideas, developing social briefs, and styling for video content.
  • Work efficiently and confidently across multiple projects, often to tight deadlines.
  • Stay updated with new and upcoming interiors and colour trends.
  • Fully understand our in-house styling guidelines, with opportunities to develop new ideas.
  • Style on a variety of projects, both in-house and on location, in the UK and abroad.
What we'll look for in you
  • A wordsmith with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A master of organisation with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive, reliable, and calm and composed when the heat is on.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
  • A team player who can also fly solo when needed.
  • Proven experience as an interior stylist in a studio setting.
  • Experience working with models (and maybe even pets!).
  • A problem-solver who can think on their feet and work with others to find solutions.
  • Adaptable and able to juggle multiple tasks like a pro.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • A broad knowledge of interiors and the industry, with a passion for the Dunelm brand.
  • Proven ability to create inspiring shoots while hitting daily targets and meeting deadlines.
