We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our friendly team in the village. Responsibilities

Provide expert hair styling, cutting, coloring, and finishing services to clients. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles. Maintain a clean and organized work station adhering to health and safety standards. Stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Assist in mentoring junior staff members when needed. Promote salon services and upselling opportunities to enhance client satisfaction. Ensure excellent customer service throughout every client interaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Barber with a strong portfolio. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of current hair trends and techniques. Customer-focused attitude with a passion for beauty. Previous experience in store management or mentoring is advantageous. Certification or qualification in hairdressing or barbering. Flexibility to adapt to client needs and salon requirements.
