STYLIST/SALES CONSULTANT

Crystal & Pearl Boutique is an award winning luxury children's special occasion boutique based in Hamilton. A rare position has come available for a part time stylist/sales consultant role in our boutique. This position will initially be for 21 hours per week, including working every Saturday, with opportunities to work additional days when required. Flexibility is required to cover extra hours during busy periods (this includes late nights and some occasional Sunday's).

JOB DESCRIPTION

We have a wonderful, friendly team. We expect all of our staff to be team players and be able to offer an outstanding level of customer service to every customer and their guests. The role is fast paced and you therefore need bags of energy and enthusiasm! We expect excellent customer service at all times. This role will have a 2 month probationary period, where if you are successful the role will then become permanent.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Helping little princesses select from our dresses to say YES to the DRESS Recommending accessories and additional products Making every child's experience magical and unforgettable Ensuring the store is beautifully presented at all times Administration duties Packing and dispatching online order Supporting other members of staff with other duties that are required

Skills & Experience Required:

Full flexibility to accommodate business needs and additional hours when required. Enthusiasm and the ability to work on your own and as part of a team. Ability to plan, prioritise and cope under pressure. Endless energy and enthusiasm . Strong interpersonal skills with immaculate presentation. Organisational skills. Able to represent the brand vision. Ability to work on initiative. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Computer literate. Friendly approachable manner Possess a genuine for fashion and a keen eye for styling
