We are seeking a Sub Agent to join our team in South Wales.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your engineering and site management skills, working on a variety of projects in a supportive and ambitious environment.

Job Purpose

To apply and develop your knowledge as a section engineer or site manager, supporting the delivery of projects to a high standard and furthering your management capabilities.

Key Requirements

Essential

Experience managing teams or packages of work within construction or civil engineering. Strong organisational skills with a focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance. Ability to supervise site activities and mentor junior team members. Good understanding of project requirements, planning, and quality control. CSCS First Aid

Desirable

Experience preparing reports, method statements, and risk assessments. Commercial awareness and ability to support business development. Relevant professional qualifications, SMSTS, TWC.
