Join our Regional Civils team as a Sub Agent working on our Lodge Hill Scheme in Oxford. You will be working as part of a team delivering complex work that really matters to our business, and the world around you.

As a Sub Agent you will provide Management, leadership and control of a multi-disciplinary team comprising Section Engineers, Site Engineers through project delivery.
What you'll be doing


As a Sub Agent you will have the following:

Oversee a multidisciplinary team of Engineers and Sub Contractors
Ensure health and safety and quality are maintained through out the project
Be able to clearly communicate the requirements of a safe system of work to ensure that these are followed accurately. Suggests and implements improvements to systems
Capable of taking ownership of tasks and communicating outcomes with clarity, including managing others in this regard.
Able to work on own initiative and seek out opportunities in line with level of responsibility and supervise others in this regard.



Who we're looking for


You will have the following:

BSc/HNC in Civil Engineering
Experience of working on a Civil Engineering or Construction related project
Experience of NEC to working to NEC forms of contract
SMSTS/SSSTS Tickets
Tier 1 Experience would be beneficial.
