As a
Sub Agent
, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our projects, working alongside a dedicated team of professionals to ensure high-quality engineering standards. You will be responsible for managing the Engineers and overseeing a variety of construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at all times. Your work will directly contribute to the successful completion of large-scale infrastructure projects in the region.
What you'll be doing
As a
Sub Agent
You will:
Oversee Site Engineer and site activities, ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule
Manage subcontractors and coordinate with project team
Implement health, safety, and environmental policies
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards
Provide technical support and ensure compliance with designs and specifications.
Who we're looking for
You will have the following:
BSc/HND in Civil Engineering
Proven experience in civil engineering or construction.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage subcontractors and site operations.
Commitment to health and safety best practices.
