We are seeking a Sub Agent to join our team in Southern.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your engineering and site management skills, working on a variety of projects in a supportive and ambitious environment on a diverse array of projects.

Job Purpose

To apply and develop your knowledge as a Sub Agent, supporting the delivery of projects to a high standard and furthering your management capabilities.

Key Requirements

Essential

Experience managing small teams or packages of work within construction or civil engineering. Strong organisational skills with a focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance. Ability to supervise site activities and mentor junior team members. Good understanding of project requirements, planning, and quality control.
Desirable

Experience preparing reports, method statements, and risk assessments. Basic commercial awareness and ability to support business development. Relevant professional qualifications, CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS, TWC.
