As a Subcontractor, you will be responsible for completing specific projects or tasks as outlined in contracts, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to deadlines. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with our team and clients.

Duties

Execute assigned projects according to specifications and timelines. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards. Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding progress and any potential issues. Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and hours worked. Collaborate with other subcontractors or tradespeople as necessary to ensure project success. Provide expert advice on project-related matters when required. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the execution of projects.

Skills

Proven experience in your specific trade or field (e.g., construction, electrical, plumbing). Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Good communication skills for liaising with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and safety practices within your trade. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements or schedules.

Pay: 100.00-500.00 per day
