What You'll be doing:

As a Subcontract Technical Administrator, you'll form part of the Subcontract Management team, ensuring that all administrative requirements are met, enabling smooth operational delivery for Planned and Reactive works.



Main responsibilities and duties will be to triage, review and approve new quotes, as well as work with the Service Delivery Team Leads, ensuring that all reactive spend is submitted for funding, act as point of contact for any TAF queries from KBS Finance, Commercial or Business areas and progress to resolution.

You'll Have:

Maintenance contract experience in a similar environment, previously dealt with Sub-Contractors in all aspects of operations, be familiar with KPI and STO reporting, experience in working with technical specifications and general purchasing, and a strong work ethic and high personal standards.



Familiarity with KPI and STO reporting and Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) knowledge and experience.

About you:

You'll be technically educated (or equivalent Experience) in purchasing/commercial in engineering disciplines with 3yrs+ experience within an FM environment. You will also possess strong attention to detail, listening skills, collaboration and proactivity.
