Grade 6, SCP 8-13 13.47-14.60 Per Hour, Actual Salary 9,402.51 - 21,330.84 per Year. Hours: From 16 to 33.5 hours per week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. between the hours of 8.20am - 15.00pm, Wednesday 8am - 4pm and Friday 8.20am-14.45pm

Main purpose



Woodeaton Manor School is a secondary provision for pupils aged 11-16, who have social and emotional difficulties including high functioning autism.


Our pupils follow the KS3/4 national curriculum, working towards the attainment of GCSEs within a therapeutic and nurturing environment.

We are looking for passionate, proactive, and dedicated Teaching Assistants who are dedicated to improving learning opportunities for children and young people.

We would like to hear from you if



You have good numeracy, literacy, and ICT skills (GCSE Level 4 or equivalent in English and Maths is desirable as is knowledge or experience relating to Science and Design Technology) You have the ability to work with a range of children and young people with additional and complex needs You are a team player who can build good working relationships with colleagues You are flexible, enthusiastic, and resilient, with a good sense of humour You are committed to ongoing personal development You have high aspirations in teaching and learning for all children and young people
