to deliver the UK Government's

Energy Company Obligation (ECO)

scheme.

Submissions Manager

to join our leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a thriving, purpose-driven organisation.

The Role



As

Submissions Manager

, you'll lead our external delivery and submissions team, ensuring all completed ECO work is processed, compliant, and submitted within utility deadlines. Working closely with senior management, finance, and our installation partners, you'll play a key role in helping ECO247 achieve its contracted targets.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage the

Submissions Team

, overseeing forecasting, performance, and KPIs. Ensure the

compliance and timely processing

of all completed ECO work from external delivery partners. Act as the

main point of contact

for existing and new installer partners, providing support and guidance to achieve delivery targets.

Train and develop

team members, including onboarding and mentoring new starters. Produce and present

daily banking and performance reports

to management. Collaborate with the

Finance Team

to support cash flow forecasting and reporting. Ensure all installations and paperwork meet

OFGEM and Utility compliance standards

. Manage any compliance queries related to externally delivered work.

Onboard new installers

with Utility partners and maintain strong, proactive communication with all external stakeholders.

About You



We're looking for a confident, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for operational excellence.

Essential:



Minimum

2 years' experience

in the ECO sector Excellent

organisational and communication skills

Strong

attention to detail

and commitment to compliance Positive, proactive, and able to work both

autonomously and collaboratively

Proven ability to

manage multiple priorities

and perform under pressure

Desirable:



Previous experience

managing an ECO team
