We're looking for a smart, motivated Subscriptions Marketing and Circulation Manager to help grow and serve our magazines audience which include The House, The Parliament magazine, Civil Service World and Holyrood. This is a part-time role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ideal for someone who understands the value of high-quality publishing and wants to play a key part in reaching new readers while keeping existing subscribers engaged and satisfied.
You'll take the lead on growing our print subscriptions base--developing creative campaigns, optimising retention, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from sign-up to delivery. Alongside this, you'll manage the operational nuts and bolts of circulation: keeping our subscriber data clean and up-to-date, overseeing print quantities, liaising with printers and our fulfilment bureau, and making sure every issue lands in the right place, on time.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a balance of audience insight, logistics, and commercial awareness. You'll work closely with our editorial, marketing, and production teams, and you'll have the space to bring your own ideas to the table on how we grow smarter and operate more efficiently.
