We have an exciting opportunity for a Substance Misuse Clinical Lead to join our Substance Misuse team at HMP Leicester, a category B Prison located in Leicestershire
The Substance Misuse Clinical Lead will manage a team of 4, which are 2 Nurses, 1 Healthcare Assistant and 1 Admin.

Salary
This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary is between 51,643 - 58,012 per annum FTE - depending on experience.

What you'll be doing
As a Substance Misuse Clinical Lead your responsibilities will vary. You will
Provide clinical expertise and expert advice for primary care services throughout the prison to drive up clinical performance.
Deliver Lead the team to deliver, non-judgemental care that is safe, high quality, patient centred whilst meeting CQC requirements, following our policies, procedures and always considering safeguarding.
Inspire Excellence in your colleagues by pro-actively leading the service and motivating the team recognising that our workforce is our most valuable asset. You will forge strong links with our partners and stakeholders, providing a service that people can trust, feel safe within and feel proud of.
Promote
Best practice, clinical supervision, evidence based care and continuous quality improvement embedding a culture of reflection and shared learning.
Share Knowledge, skills and expertise to ensure safe care supporting your clinical and non-clinical colleagues to do a great job.
