??We are seeking a full-time Substance Use Workers to join our Aberdeenshire Services team. Please note part-time working will be considered for the right candidate

?

Position will be based in our Inverurie Step In and at various locations across South and Central Aberdeenshire.

Successful candidate will have potential for some remote/home working and should be flexibility to travel to and provide cover across other locations in Aberdeenshire from time to time if needed.

?

We are looking for candidates who have a background in Community Learning, Nursing, Social Work, Counselling, or other related field. To be successful you must be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the needs of those affected by alcohol or drug use. Ideally, you will have had experience of working with substance users and knowledge of effective interventions and be qualified, to SVQ level 3 or above (or qualified by experience).
