Covering Bridgend.

Hours:

Key details/responsibilities:

To support and deliver interventions to families referred to the Edge of Care Services who have been identified as having substance use issues. Edge of Care services work with families that are experiencing difficulties and risk losing their children to the care system or having their names placed on the Child Protection Register. The team work with families to help them make changes so that children can remain safely at home. As part of the team, the post holderwill endeavour to improve relationships and outcomes for families by providing support/interventions on an outreach basis,working closely with allother organisations involved.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: From 26,265.00 per year

Work Location: On the road
