Subway Crew Member
Job Description
As a Subway Crew Member, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food preparation and cleanliness. Your main responsibilities include:
Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Preparing sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to Subway's standards.
Handling cash, operating the till, and processing card payments accurately.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations.
Restocking supplies and ensuring all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and within expiry.
Following all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety guidelines.
Assisting with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, stock checks, and equipment checks.
Working as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer needs, answering questions, and handling any issues professionally.
Supporting management with any additional tasks when required.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for experienced and reliable individuals who:
Have previous experience working in a Subway restaurant. Understand Subway standards for food preparation, hygiene, and customer service Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Are team players with a positive and professional attitude Are flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends Take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
