Duties
Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety regulations.
Oversee food preparation and production processes to maintain quality standards.
Manage and train staff, providing guidance in culinary techniques, serving practices, and customer service.
Implement effective team management strategies to enhance productivity and morale.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with health regulations.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock without overextending resources.
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant sector is essential.
Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
Previous supervisory experience is required, demonstrating effective team management skills.
Experience in serving, barista duties, or hotel operations is advantageous.
