Key Responsibilities
Sales & Performance
Drive store-level sales by executing local marketing strategies and upselling programs.
Monitor KPIs such as sales revenue, labor cost, food cost, and profit margins.
Analyze sales reports and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Work with the franchise owner to set and meet monthly sales targets.
Operations Management
Oversee the daily operations of assigned Subway store(s) ensuring quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Subway brand standards, food safety protocols, and local health regulations.
Manage inventory levels, supplier orders, and reduce food and packaging waste.
Staff Management
Lead, coach, and motivate store managers and team members.
Schedule staff, ensure adequate coverage, and monitor labor efficiency.
Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans.
Customer Experience
Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Address customer complaints or service issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure that all team members provide friendly, accurate, and fast service.
Reporting & Communication
Generate and deliver regular reports on store performance, sales data, and team metrics.
Communicate effectively with upper management on store operations and team progress.
Qualifications
Good experience in restaurant, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or retail management
Strong understanding of sales principles, inventory control, and labor management
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to motivate teams and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Tech-savvy and comfortable with POS systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Subway systems (e.g., SubwayPOS, IPC ordering) is a plus
