We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team. Duties

Prepare sandwiches according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, slicing meats, and preparing sauces. Serve customers promptly and courteously, providing recommendations and upselling menu items when appropriate. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure all ingredients are fresh and available. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours. Adhere to time management practices to meet customer demand while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Basic culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for handling orders and payments accurately. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team setting. A passion for food and customer service, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
