We are seeking a motivated and friendly Sandwich Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches and other food items in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of sandwiches and food items according to established recipes and customer preferences Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and used in accordance with food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils Serve customers promptly with a friendly attitude, taking orders accurately and efficiently Upsell additional menu items to maximise sales opportunities Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely order completion Follow health and safety regulations at all times, including proper handling of food products Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation or restaurant service is desirable but not essential Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and portion control Experience working in a kitchen environment or culinary background is advantageous Strong time management skills with the ability to work under pressure during peak hours Excellent communication skills with a friendly, customer-focused approach Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
