As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and safety. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and assisting in various kitchen operations.

Duties

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly while maintaining high standards of food quality. Engage with customers, providing assistance and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Support kitchen staff with various tasks, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

Previous experience in food preparation or a restaurant environment is advantageous. Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. A passion for culinary arts and a desire to help others enjoy their dining experience. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 7.55-12.40 per hour
