We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Subway staff to join our team. Duties

Prepare food items according to Subway's quality standards and recipes. Serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude, taking their orders accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas at all times. Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet customer demands promptly.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Basic culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with customers. Kitchen experience is an advantage, particularly in a similar role within the food industry. A willingness to upsell menu items effectively while providing exceptional service.
