We provide full support to digital creators, including CRM-driven account sales management, social media marketing, financial advisory, tax planning, banking solutions, welfare services, and much more. TDM started as a friends and family business, and over the past 2 years the team has expanded into all areas of the world, with some of our contractors residing overseas. We're now looking for a
Success Manager
who's excited to make an impact within a modern company, act as the bridge between TDM and our creators, and drive forward the success of both.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated and highly organised
Success Manager
to join our growing team. This role involves leading creator communications, ensuring all deliverables are met, and supporting creators in achieving their goals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, combined with a solid understanding of social media platforms and how they function. You'll be joining our specialist team of Success Managers and will report directly to the Marketing Team Leader and CMO.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact between creators and the agency.
Ensure deliverables are met on both sides to maximise results for creators and TDM.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with creators.
Support creators with guidance, feedback, and communication to help them succeed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and creator satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a creator-facing, client success, or social media management role.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to balance professionalism and relatability.
Proficiency with all major social media platforms, ideally with hands-on experience running accounts.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple relationships.
Open-minded, professional attitude toward working in the creator economy.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Available to work on-site in Lichfield, 5 days per week, with weekend availability where required.
Desirable Experience
Previous experience working within heavily regulated or restricted industries.
Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Infloww, Discord, Telegram, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.
In-depth knowledge of how social media platforms operate and grow.
