Job Profile:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors developer to drive the continuous technical design, configuration, and integration of our SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Performance & Goals modules. Reporting to VP of Engineering, you will play a critical role in ensuring system stability, scalability, and alignment with business requirements and the company growth.

Your Responsibilities:

You will act as the subject matter expert for SuccessFactors configuration and integrations, partnering closely with Technology, HR stakeholders, and external vendors.

Deliver technical solution design, configuration, and support for SuccessFactors EC and Performance & Goals, in line with product strategy set by the Product Manager. Act as a strong influencer on solution design, advising on technical feasibility and best practices. Manage and optimise integrations between SuccessFactors and internal/external applications. Own and maintain configuration workbooks, technical documentation, and system changes. Support HR Product Manager with requirements analysis, testing, and release management. Present solutions options, make recommendations, run system demos and support training and adoption. Support HRIS and Data teams with SuccessFactors reporting. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working with HRIS team and external vendors where required. Collaborate with engineering, business, and other cross-functional teams to prioritise features, plan releases and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Ensure all solutions comply with governance, change management, and data protection standards. Stay up-to-date with the SuccessFactors product roadmap, as well as with the latest trends and innovations in HR technology. Build and nurture collaborative relationships across HR, IT, and vendor partners. Help drive value and user satisfaction.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). Minimum of 2 full lifecycle SuccessFactors EC implementations, supporting global and complex clients. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification (required). SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals certification (preferred). Additional SAP SuccessFactors module certifications (Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, etc.) are a plus. Hands-on experience with Performance & Goals module (preferred). Proven experience building and supporting integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party systems. Solid knowledge of reporting functionality in SuccessFactors. Experience engaging stakeholders and ensuring technical solutions align with business needs. Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to design and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions. * Ability to align stakeholders' strategies with technological advancements. Proactive, solution-minded, and comfortable working independently.
