Next Ventures are partnered with a market leading SuccessFactors Consulting house. The firm have seen huge growth following a large aquistion stratergy carried out over the last two allowing them to now challenge the bigfour and leading SI\'s.
They are seeking a SuccessFactors Solution Architect within the UK take on a leadership position across both delivery and pre-sales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Solution Architecture stream of HR & Payroll Cloud System engagements
- Drive a fit for purpose Solution Architecture and Design aligned with wider architectural principles, policies and design
- Work with engagement leads to manage design milestones, and ensure effective design governance around key design decisions
- Support the Pre-Sales team, designing innovative solutions for customer problems
