PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: 58,000 - 68,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

We're looking for a skilled SuccessFactors Product Manager to support and enhance our existing landscape, with a primary focus on Talent, Succession and Career Development.



As a crucial member of our Business-As-Usual (BAU) delivery team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the platform's design, user experience, and configuration align with BBC policy guidelines. You will guarantee that our configurations are not only fit for purpose but also meet business requirements while overseeing robust testing and ensuring a seamless transition into BAU support.



Bring your technical proficiency to lead design discussions with confidence and collaborate effectively. Reporting directly to the SuccessFactors Platform Owner, you'll be part of a dynamic environment where your contributions will drive meaningful outcomes.



This is a role, focused on building adoption and best practice of the SF modules;

Modules include:



Performance Management & Goal Management 360 Feedback Continue Performance Management Succession & Calibration Mentoring TIH and Growth Portfolio

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:

Extensive experience in SuccessFactors PM/GM, 360, CPM, Mentoring, S&C, OM and TIH including integrations, data migration, testing. Certified in Talent Modules with hands-on configuration experience Involved in 2-3 full end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, including SAP HCM integrations, with experience working client-side. Confident in leading presentations and solution design Proven decision-making skills to evaluate technical trade-offs, prioritise effectively, and adapt communication between technical and business stakeholders. Responsible for ensuring systems design and architecture meet security, data requirements, and BBC standards for accessibility, performance, and compliance. Skilled in creating and managing test scenarios to cover wide-ranging processes and functionalities; proficient in using test tools for defect tracking and resolution. Collaborates with business process owners and stakeholders to gather requirements, champion best practices, and deliver tailored system solutions. Strong expertise in working with implementation partners and vendors, ensuring functionality, integrations, and contractual obligations are met efficiently. Focus on product adoption and ROI of product to meet business outcomes Non Functional Requirements - Responsible for ensuring systems align with BBC's non-functional requirements including accessibility, performance and security. 3rd Party Suppliers - Strong experience in working with implementation partners to QA design and delivery and is able to confidently challenge where this is not fit for purpose. To provide technical system expertise to project teams throughout the lifecycle of a project. Bringing in 3rd parties and external teams at relevant stages to support the project lifecycle. Pushing for use of standard processes and configuration to reduce complexity, improve the UX, ensure adoption and engagement and enable efficiency for all teams areas involved
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:



Proven SF Talent & Development modules including technical implementation experience Technical background to own and manage technical changes to deployment Confident to produce compelling arguments and present the reasoning for this to stakeholder Highly driven to focus on delivering continuous improvement Analytical problem solver and clear and articulate communication is critical in the business facing role


DESIRED:



Knowledge of key technologies (APIs, SFTP, CPI, PIPO) Knowledge or experience of working with media organisations Demonstrable experience of leading in a complex project delivery and BAU change, incident and problem management in the SuccessFactors landscape
