The Role





The SuccessFactors (SF) Technology Analyst will manage the administrative infrastructure of the SuccessFactors SAP platform, including the multi-module framework and Learning Management System (LMS) module.



This role involves partnering with Aspen's IT function to support and develop technology initiatives, providing administrative and technical support, evaluating the current SF framework, and managing key systems enhancements.


Additionally, the analyst will identify enhancement opportunities, support the HR Technology and Data Analytics Partners in developing the future roadmap, and offer troubleshooting and technical support to HR COEs and functional teams.

Key Accountabilities



Support and assist in developing a "Health Check" analysis of Aspen's current configuration against SF capabilities, partnering with HR Technology, Data Analytics, and IT to secure technical approvals Assist in evaluating, prioritising, scoping, and planning change activities, contributing to project plans, cost estimates, and impact recommendations Support the formulation of plans for technical implementation and change management of system releases, including technical assessments of proposed changes on existing SF processes Prioritise operational deliverables and activities of the HR team to support overall business requirements and strategic goals Serve as a liaison to external vendors such as SAP, Arago, and CrunchR on systems and technology-related initiatives Support the development and adherence to disciplined systems development processes and methodologies for system maintenance, new projects, and testing strategies Develop documentation for all processes and ways of working associated with each SF module, including workbooks, tactical plans, technical schemes, and step-by-step guides. Also, create playbooks for cyclical year-end processes like Performance Management, Compensation, and Goals/Objectives Provide technical knowledge and understanding of the SAP landscape and core SF modules, emphasising Learning Management System (LMS), and ensure adherence to Aspen's Corporate IT guidelines for systems documentation, release processes, and project management

Experienced supporting core HR platforms across various business sectors Certified SuccessFactors Consultant essential SAP SuccessFactors platform experience essential Experience of successfully developing and delivering HR Metrics Dashboard & Reports SAP technical landscape development and implementation expertise. SuccessFactors technology Implementation and support experience of core HR modules (EC, Reporting, Perf Management and LMS) Advanced technical understanding of HR COE's technical needs, and related services (Compensation, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Benefits) Strong stakeholder management experience with respect to presenting data and technical information to non-technical decision makers Third-party configuration, integration and implementation knowledge Critical thinking abilities to drive solutions through process and technology enhancements and improvements Working knowledge of SCRUM, Agile, Qualtrics and Waterfall systems development life cycle
