An exciting new role has opened within our Annual Pass Membership Team. We are looking for a well organised, enthusiastic and self-motivated person to provide support in our Annual Pass Hub with responsibility for sales, retention and growth of the resort's 1m+ Annual Pass business. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment, with the sole purpose of providing families with never ending moments of joy.
The day-to-day duties involve:
Employ sales techniques to encourage guests to take out an Annual Pass
Provide a consistent message to all potential Annual Pass guests
Process new sales transactions, updates to passes and renewals efficiently
Provide a warm and welcoming space for potential Annual Pass Members
Ensure all Annual Pass sales areas are open and ready to operate in a timely manner
Promote and sell Annual Passes outside the hub environment as directed by Annual Pass Supervisor
Work towards agreed daily sales targets
Deliver excellent customer service, and a consistent customer journey
Ensure that all company GDPR procedures and policies are strictly adhered to
Always display exemplary conduct and demonstrate your knowledge of the company values
