Join 360 Vision as a Camp Assistant - Make a Difference in Slough & Windsor This Summer

At 360 Vision, we believe that every child deserves access to inspiring, enriching, and inclusive experiences--no matter their background or ability. As a Camp Assistant, you'll help bring that vision to life by supporting our dynamic holiday camps across Slough and Windsor.

Whether it's through sports, creative arts, wellbeing sessions, or team games, your energy and care will help children build confidence, make new friends, and feel seen and valued.

Your Role
As a Camp Assistant, you will:

Support the delivery of a wide range of exciting daily activities (sports, arts & crafts, cooking, dance, wellbeing) Help create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for all children Assist with setting up and tidying away activities and equipment Encourage participation and teamwork among children of varying needs and abilities Provide supervision during lunch, breaktimes, and transitions Greet and communicate with parents/carers at drop-off and pick-up
What We're Looking For

A warm, positive, and proactive attitude Confidence working with children aged 4-11 Good communication and teamwork skills Reliability and a willingness to support wherever needed Experience working with children (voluntary or paid)
Essential Requirements

First Aid certificate (or willingness to complete training) Safeguarding/Child Protection awareness (Level 1+ preferred) Enhanced DBS (we can support with the application) Aged 17+ Available Monday to Friday during school holidays Driving licence and own transport is helpful but not essential

Schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekends)
