We are seeking to appoint: Summer Enrolment Assistant.



South & City College Birmingham is recruiting for Summer Enrolment Assistants (Casual) across all campuses to help manage the busy enrolment period. If you have strong IT skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach, we'd love to hear from you. This role offers hands-on experience working with our Information Services and Customer Experience teams this is to support the timely and accurate processing of learner enrolment records, ensuring compliance with college procedures and resolving issues as they arise.

As an Enrolment Assistant, you will support various aspects of the enrolment process, including Meet and Greet, Registrations, Call Centre operations, Learner Support Fund (LSF) assistance, IT support for student logins, as well as Confirmation and ID verification.

Opportunities for this role will be at the following campuses within SCCB. Bordesley Green Campus, Digbeth Campus, Golden Hillock Women's Centre, Hall Green Campus, Handsworth Campus, Longbridge Campus.




You must be available on all weekdays from 21st August to 12th September. You will be required to work at least the first two weeks, with the possibility of being asked to continue for an additional two weeks.



Additionally, 1-2 paid training days are scheduled during the week commencing 11th August, which you must attend.
