We are looking for a talented Housekeeper

to join our SPACE summer hotel.

Fixed term summer role until 07/09/2025. Part time 20 hours per week.

The Role:

We are looking for a Housekeeper who will be a part of summer Housekeeping team.


Completing turn around cleans for our short term lets operation. Maintaining the high levels of cleanliness and presentation of both public areas and our apartment living areas. Follow daily and weekly cleaning checklists. Restocks soaps, toilet rolls, air fresheners in communal bathrooms as required. Efficient and economical use of supplies provided. always Keeping storage areas clean and tidy and stocked up. Adhering to Health and Safety and company policies.

Skills Experience:

Great attention to detail, to ensure that our customers have an outstanding experience. Excellent customer service skills, to anticipate and deliver customer needs. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that the overall customer experience is seamless. Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time keeping skills.

SPACE student accommodation in St Andrews is due to open in September 2024 comprising of both Studios and shared apartments exclusively designed with students in mind.



The concept behind SPACE is to develop student accommodation that does not only provide a contemporary and design-led home for students who attend the University of St Andrews but also provides an inclusive environment where every aspect of student life is catered for.



We believe that students need more than a room to call home and therefore we are developing a property that has shared communal spaces that will offer all students a place to go to socialise in the communal social hub, study within the library, and study pod, entertain friends within a private kitchen dining room or and keep fit and active in the gym or recreational hall.



The guiding principles of SPACE are to put our students front and centre of all decisions at every stage of the development from creating contemporary, sustainable apartments and studios to delivering vast social spaces that add value to the students who stay in SPACE.
