Job Title: Summer Intern - Customer Care, Quality Assurance & Social Media

Location: Glasgow, Scotland

Salary: 12.21 per hour

Duration: July & August (8 weeks)

About Us

We're an ambitious training business based in Glasgow. We believe in high-quality delivery, smart admin, and questioning how things can be done better. We deliver accredited and bespoke training courses. For the summer, we're looking for an intern to support customer care and quality tasks -- with a bit of social media work thrown in.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on internship, you'll help us manage client communications, support our training delivery, and keep things running smoothly. At the same time, you'll be involved in some light-touch quality control and help us sharpen our social media presence. It's ideal for someone who's organised, curious and not afraid to speak up when they spot something that doesn't quite make sense.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Admin:



Answer and log customer enquiries Assist in organising bookings, course materials and records Help maintain and update learner records and internal databases
Reporting of key information to Senior Manager

Coordination of equipment

Management of the training rooms

Quality Control Support:



Review feedback and highlight trends or potential issues Check training materials for consistency and accuracy Support with internal checks and process improvements

Social Media Support:



Assist in scheduling social media content Help generate ideas and assets (graphics, quotes, course highlights) Monitor engagement and suggest improvements
