About the company:
Charles Taylor Assistance offers insurance services by administrating travel claims on behalf of companies such as Aviva, HSBC, First Direct & NBS (Nationwide)
Unexpected events such as emergencies, lost luggage and cancelled flights can disrupt travel plans. As a Travel Claims Handler, you will be the first point of contact for customers who have experienced unforeseen events. You empathise with customers, understand their unique situations, guide them through the claims process and make a positive impact on their lives.
We also offer the possibility of ongoing employment for those who reside locally, with opportunities to work evenings and weekends beyond the summer period!

What the internship will involve:
Being the first point of contact for our customers via calls and emails
Acquiring and processing relevant documents
Providing an empathetic approach for all our customers
Providing our customers with clear guidance to ensure that the claim process is first class
Requirements:
You must be able to start on Monday 23rd June
You must be able to commit to 5 days a week
You must live 10 miles or less from BH23. If using public transport, please note that only one bus journey is permitted, as services have proven to be unreliable.
