Hughes Fresh Fruit is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Smoothie Stall Assistants. Responsibilities:



Smoothie Preparation:

Assist in the creation of our signature smoothies using high-quality, fresh fruits and ingredients.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with festival attendees, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

Cash Handling:

Process transactions accurately, handle cash responsibly, and maintain a tidy and organized cash register.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

Keep the smoothie stall area clean and organized, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

Assisting with Set-Up and Breakdown:

Help with the setup and breakdown of the smoothie stall, ensuring efficient operations before, during, and after each festival day.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a good understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate with customers and make recommendations.

Requirements:



Enthusiastic and positive attitude. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic festival environment. Reliable and punctual. Basic math skills for cash handling. Car driving license and ability to drive company van between events

Preferred Qualities:



Previous experience in a customer service or food service role. Interest in healthy living and nutritious food. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

We normally attend about 25 different events over the Summer including:

Greenman Festival (mid Wales)

Royal Welsh Agricultural Show (Mid Wales)

Badminton Horse Trials (Gloucestershire)

Royal Bath & West Show (near Bristol)

The London Marathon

Glastonbury Festival

Burghley Horse Trials

Boomtown Fair

Creamfields

We pay 12.50 per hour plus holiday pay. As the job sometimes involves long hours and no real expenses, it is possible to save a lot of money.

Duties will include managing a stall, supervising other team members, serving customers, handling cash and moving stock and equipment, working as part of a team in a fun and fast paced environment.

You will need to be polite, outgoing, friendly, hard working and adaptable as situations do change at very short notice. We are looking for someone with a can do attitude who enjoys travel and a challenge. Please have

, speak fluent English and be eligible to work in the U.K.
