Job Description
We're looking for a friendly, confident and outgoing individual to join the team as a Sunday server. You'll be responsible for running your own section of the restaurant, ensuring all guests receive excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to presentation standards. Provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance the dining experience, including upselling menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations. Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally, aiming for complete satisfaction. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service quality and ensure there is no overlap with bookings. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
This is a part time role, initially starting with just Sunday shifts but there may be additional shifts available.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
