What is the role?
We are looking for an amazing team of
(Super) Hosts
to join us for the grand opening of our brand-new Sports Bar - Sporting Chance! Sporting Chance is a sports bar concept at Manchester Airport Terminal 3 with 469 seat cover, immersive sports-themed design, and a commitment to Unforgettable Hospitality as we aim to deliver an experience unlike any other in airport dining!
The (Super) Host is the face of Sporting Chance, responsible for the guest journey from the moment they approach the venue to their departure. This role combines exceptional hospitality, guest flow management, and brand ambassadorship to ensure every guest feels welcomed, engaged and delighted. The Host will also support colleagues across other areas of the front of house operation at quieter times as needed including but not limited to; bar, running food and drink & serving guests.
Your responsibilities:
Be a brand ambassador, greeting every guest with warmth, sincerity, and a genuine desire to make their experience unforgettable.
Creatively build emotional connections to transform everyday interactions into memorable guest experiences.
Bring to life the Be My Guest philosophy and Unforgettable Hospitality principles.
Be empowered to surprise, delight, and personalise each guest's journey.
Due to airport flight schedules, our shift times vary. Our morning shifts can start as early as 3am and our late shifts can finish up to 11pm so you must ensure you are flexible to work one of these shift patterns.
