What to Expect

Location: Hammersmith, London Duration: 6 months Time type: Full-Time (onsite) Start Date: December 2025 / January 2026

With 50,000+ Superchargers, Tesla owns and operates the largest global, fast charging network in the world. Located on major routes near convenient amenities, Superchargers keep our customers charged when they are away from home.


As the expansion of our charging infrastructure continues to grow, we are now hiring a Supercharger Deployment Intern to join us in the Supercharging network rollout within the UK & Ireland. In your day-to-day activities you will get direct exposure to all things Supercharging, from how and why we design our sites, to managing efficient and clever construction and coordinating speedy commissioning.

What You'll Do

Assist in coordinating phases of Supercharger site deployment by organizing documentation, scheduling meetings, or tracking project timelines under the guidance of senior team members. Support feasibility studies by gathering data on potential site locations, local regulations, or utility requirements. Help prepare reports, presentations, or updates on site layout designs, permitting statuses, or construction progress for internal use. Aid in compiling information or paperwork for electric utility service requests and site permitting processes, ensuring all necessary details are accurate. Provide administrative support during construction phases, such as logging updates on project milestones or communicating minor updates to stakeholders as directed. Shadow senior deployment managers to understand project closeout processes, including site commissioning and final documentation, while contributing to small tasks as assigned.

What You'll Bring

Recently graduated with an engineering degree, preferably electrical or civil engineering biased. Open to occasional travel (including overnight stays) and a valid driving license A passion to work for the most innovative company on the planet and to change the foreseeable future of both the automotive and energy industries Strong organizational skills, eagerness to learn, and effective communication to collaborate with team members. Ability to assist with minor challenges or escalate issues to senior staff as needed. Good written and spoken English language skills
