1+ year of experience in retail, customer service, supermarket operations, or sales support

Experience with client data, inventory tracking, or sales reports is a strong plus

Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is required for customer support and daily communication

Basic English reading and writing skills are a bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 50 per week
