Supervising Social Worker - no OOH
Location: West Midlands

NonStop Consulting is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in the West Midlands area, in order to help them find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.
There will be no out of hours in this role, which means you will only work Monday to Friday and have a good work - life balance.
This is a hybrid role, with 1 - 2 days per week in the office and the rest from home. This will allow you to have a lot of flexibility with your schedule and also be part of a very supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker will hold a manageable caseload of 10 - 12 foster families located around the West Midlands area.
The role is supervision and support of the foster families, so you will not have to complete form f assessments on top, making your day-to-day more manageable.

Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker
experience in fostering
Full driving licence
