Supervising Social Worker - Outtanding Ofsted
Salary: 34,000 - 39,000 + 3,400 car allowance + benefits
Location: Hybrid (Leeds office / home working)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
An Independent Fostering Agency, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, is seeking a dedicated Supervising Social Worker to join them on a permanent basis, in Yorkshire.
Responsibilities of the Supervising Social Worker:
Support and supervise foster carers, ensuring safe, nurturing homes for children and young people.
Monitor placements, complete assessments, and contribute to reviews and panels.
Provide supervision, training, and ongoing development for foster carers.
Work closely with local authorities and children's networks to achieve positive outcomes.
